advertising, before-and-after presentations, brochures, proposals and sales materials, case studies, promotional videos, industry publications, awards, and company presentations. buildPROS may also display reasonable company signage at the project location while work is being performed, where permitted. Unless separately authorized, buildPROS will make reasonable efforts not to publicly disclose the customer's full name, exact street address, telephone number, email address, or other personally identifying information in connection with project marketing. Project content may incidentally
show portions of the property, landscaping, fixtures, furnishings, or other features. buildPROS will make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally displaying sensitive personal information or identifiable images of customers, occupants, or children without appropriate permission.
